Expected Session Value

When a worker attends a session, they are expected to be present on good audio platform internet connection, example Jitsi.

Note: video is not required and can make interacting harder for people with low internet connection speeds.

For normal work a worker get 1x normal value.

If a worker is NOT able to be herd or communicate, or has connectivity issues, that time is counted as 0.75x, the rest of the time can be normal 1x.

If a worker is Audio Only and does NOT have computer, then that is 0.5x (half value)

If a worker is Text ONLY and no computer, then that is 0.25x value.

Recap:

1.00x – Normal
0.75x – Bad Connection
0.50x – Audio Only
0.25x – Text Only
0.00x – Not working

Note: This ONLY effect Bonus value, NOT base pay.
